David Fovargue is a Planning Director specialising in strategic land promotion and large-scale residential projects, from urban extensions to new garden communities. David has 19 years' experience advising national housebuilders and landed estates, helping them realise the value of their assets and leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which they work.
David is part of the Stratford-on-Avon team – a rapidly growing team advising on land promotion, applications and appeals.
He takes a diligent and comprehensive approach to his projects, leaving no stone unturned to ensure that he delivers the best outcomes for his clients.
I enjoy leading and working with teams and specialists across different disciplines to deliver success for my clients, often within the cut and thrust of local politics – problem-solving to balance competing planning, technical and environmental challenges. Knowing that I am helping to support the delivery of new homes, as well as associated infrastructure, habitats and green space, in the face of a national housing crisis is particularly rewarding - it is a key motivation behind all that I do. I also enjoy supporting junior colleagues in their professional development, helping them to truly realise their career aspirations and ambitions.
