Jacqueline is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with 19 years planning experience within the public sector.
Jacqueline has a wealth of experience in leading complex planning proposals and large scale projects including Sustainable Urban Extensions, science and enterprise park developments, major residential, commercial and agricultural schemes, world-class sport training grounds, EIA developments, and heritage projects.
Jacqueline is also well respected for her skills and experience in managing major, complicated and controversial proposals, her ability to identify solutions to unlock sites and leading negotiations on complex planning matters including section 106 Agreements and Planning Performance Agreements.
Jacqueline has excellent planning judgement and her senior leadership experience within the public sector means Jacqueline has an in-depth understanding of the planning process, specialising in development management issues. Jacqueline also has extensive experience in planning appeals, planning enforcement matters and experience with statutory consultees and community organisations, all of which provides significant planning insight and immense benefits to her clients.
