Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute with a demonstrated history of working in the private sector. Particularly skilled in problem solving intricate planning queries and leading on the project management of complex residential, retail, mixed use and commercial led schemes through the planning system.
Jenny has extensive expertise across a range of sectors including the residential, commercial and retail fields with a particular emphasis on unlocking greenfield release, the regeneration of derelict urban sites and town centre refurbishment. She works for a number of developers and national housebuilders on residential, build to rent, student accommodation, and mixed-use schemes, promoting sites through the development plan, co-ordinating planning applications and managing planning appeals.
Her project management expertise involves advising clients of, and taking a lead role in, the assembly and management of multi-disciplinary teams and preparing, co-ordinating, and submitting major planning applications.
Due to her passion and desire to help others, Jenny also takes the leading role in mentoring our people on their journey to chartered membership.
I love that every project is different, each with its own unique opportunities and challenges. I particularly enjoy seeing a project, which I have nurtured through the planning system, come to fruition - It really gives me a sense of pride and achievement.
