Matthew is a Senior Planner and registered member of the RTPI, who works with developers and private individuals to deliver attractive, sustainable and feasible development proposals.
With over seven years’ experience in our Marrons Planning team, Matthew works on a variety of planning applications with a focus upon permitted development, planning statements, planning appeals, letters of objection, employment focused developments, tourism focused developments, sequential testing and heritage assessments.
He works with developers, private individuals and consultants to deliver sustainable planning proposals across the UK.
Sustainable planning starts with a shared vision. It is my role to deliver that vision, taking into account the likely challenges and opportunities presented to ensure that places look, function and last better than what was there before.
