Sachin is a Chartered Town Planner based in our Birmingham office and covers the Midlands area. He is proven at shaping and guiding complex development schemes through the planning system to a positive outcome.
With a strong background in the public sector being responsible for projects across various sectors, Sachin understands the complexities of the planning system, the role of politics in planning and the ways in which to negotiate the balance in favour of development.
Sachin is able to work collaboratively and manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams towards the preparation of major planning applications including for regeneration, residential, commercial, agricultural and infrastructure projects. Sachin helps to deliver clients’ aspirations and is able to work positively with local planning authorities.
Sachin offers expert planning advice and formulates strategies which ensure development proposals have the best possible chance of obtaining planning permission.
