Our work takes us to every corner of the country, with varied and vibrant sectors and individuals
This includes everyone from housebuilders and developers, land and property promoters, agents and owners; to retailers, local authorities and private landowners.
Whether you need advice on preparing and submitting a planning application, promoting development sites through the local plan process, or representation at planning appeals – we’re passionate about helping you to achieve your strategic and commercial goals.
What We Do
Here at Marrons Planning, we use our understanding of the wider urban infrastructure to provide a robust case for a planning or development initiative. With sound commercial understanding coupled with a sustainability focus, we are able to provide a range of services that will inform your case- including collecting demographic intelligence and assessing the economic, health and socio-economic impacts of a planning application.
Taking a clear and detailed look at the housing need of an area and future growth spots can enable us to highlight opportunities and areas of potential risk or growth in our assessments. Our use of GIS and spatial data allows us to showcase the impact via modelling capabilities.
Working closely with our Marrons planning and legal teams at Shakespeare Martineau, we’ll provide solid evidence that your land or planning development is of benefit commercially and has a positive socio-economic impact on the wider community.
"We can provide our clients with a broad range of in-house services that positively respond to latest government and local planning requirements. We enjoy drawing out the need for development and its impact on the surrounding population in particular, identifying the benefits of a scheme to the local community that are quite often hidden or not so obvious."
